Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use Google Firebase data centres in India. Owners cannot see renter data, neighbours cannot see your private SOS alerts. Read our Data Privacy page for full detail.

You can cancel anytime, no lock-in. Your visitor logs are exported as CSV and emailed to you. After cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Yes. Gatezen digitises the entire visitor flow — guards log entries on the app, residents approve from their phone, and admins get full reports. No more paper register.

Same-day onboarding for societies under 100 flats. Larger societies typically go live within 2-3 days. We help you upload resident lists and train your guards.

Yes — residents and guards install the free Gatezen Android app. Society admins use the web dashboard at admin.gatezen.app.

No. The plan price is for the whole society regardless of how many residents, family members, guards, or admins you add. Unlimited.

Guards can still log entries on their phone — they sync once internet returns. Residents need internet to receive approval requests. The system gracefully handles short outages.
