- How long does setup take? Typically one day. We help you upload your residents, configure buildings, and train your guards.
- Do residents pay? No. Your society pays a single subscription. Residents, guards, and admins all use the apps for free.
- What if our internet goes down? Visitor data is cached locally. Sync resumes when connection returns.
- Can we migrate from other apps? Yes — we import resident data via CSV. Usually a 1-hour migration.
